Gwent Parent Carer Network supports the parent carers of children and young people with additional needs and disabilities both pre- and post-diagnosis.
We currently offer breaks through the Short Breaks Scheme in Monmouthshire but our support reach is the wider Gwent region. You can access information and peer to peer support through our dedicated Facebook page and via email.
