Carers Trust North Wales Crossroads Care Services deliver a mix of outings, groups and activities for unpaid young and adult carers (with a particular focus on supporting carers of people with dementia and parent carers), the person they care for, and their families, across North Wales. Some respite provision to enable participation is available to support carers who want to attend groups or activities but cannot because of their caring role.
