Through its Time for Me project, Ray of Light Cancer Support offers young and adult carers the opportunity to attend organised retreats, short breaks away and family events. The organisation will provide the opportunity for some much needed respite, for carers to have precious time to themselves, to improve their health and wellbeing. The organisation supports carers to continue delivering the vital care needed to loved ones in the community.
