We run a support group which meets every other Tuesday morning for carers of those with autism.
We run a lunch club every Thursday between 12-2 and afterwards attendees can play bowls or join the knitters for a knit and natter. Unpaid carers are eligible to attend for free.
We can provide 121 life coaching sessions with a trained life coach to talk about the issues faced by an unpaid carer, giving you a space to talk through anything going on in your life- often as carers we feel we ‘keep calm and carry on’ and don’t talk about how we are doing.
We also have cinema vouchers, spa vouchers, massage vouchers for some time out for you.
The lunch club, 121 life coaching and gardening clubs are all held at Glenwood, so you would need access to Llanedeyrn.
This project is funded via the Regional Partnership Board - C3SC (Cardiff Third Sector Council) / Cardiff and Vale.
